Applying for Retirement Visa
- Provides a peaceful retreat for seniors over 60 years old.
- The visa is renewable and eligible for conversion from limited stay permit to KITAP (permanent stay permit) after five years, which has a five-year validity.
- Note that this visa does not authorize employment in Indonesia.
- However, it allows for multiple entries and exits from the country.
- Processing time: approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- It is valid for 1 year.

Required documents for first retirement KITAS
- A notarized Property Rental Agreement Letter with a one-year validity.
- ID photocopies (KTP) of two local contacts, ideally from Bali for residents there.
- Domicile Letter from Banjar or the SKTT as residential proof.
- Police Report Letter for residence registration.
- Bank Statement indicating income of USD 18,000 per annum or a monthly income of USD 1,500.
- A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- One-year Health Insurance documentation.
- Passport with a validity period of at least 18 months.
- If applicable, photocopy of your Marriage Certificate to an Indonesian national.
- Recent photo against a red backdrop.
- The latest Visa Document.
Retirement KITAS Renewal
- Applicant must be in Indonesia for the renewal of KITAS.
- Note that this visa does not authorize employment in Indonesia.
- Processing time: approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- It is valid for 1 year.

Retirement KITAS Cancellation
